Laslo sits on Harzer Straße 24-25, 12059 Berlin.
Laslo is home to around twelve members — artists, filmmakers, designers, photographers, and other creative professionals. Apart from being a place to work out of and potentially collaborate in, it is also an exhibition space, free to use for members’ projects.
Membership Options
- For members who don’t need a permanent desk
- Shared desk use, 24/7 access, locker space
- Great for hybrid workers, collaborators, laptop users
- For long-term members who want a dedicated space
- Personal desk, storage, 24/7 access
- Ideal for filmmakers, editors, designers, and artists with setups that require space for monitors and other equipment
- Temporary for 2026 (at least 6 month duration, to be negotiated) for individuals or small teams
- Private access to full 18sqm room
(All prices include VAT and cover rent, utilities, and shared resources.)
Facilities
- Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, gas stove)
- Full bathroom with shower
- Personal storage boxes as well as space in the basement (keller)
- Communal areas for meetings, screenings, and events
- Bluetooth speaker system
Beyond its daily function, the studio doubles as a small cultural node, becoming a place for screenings, talks, workshops, open studio days, and more.
We host three kinds of gatherings:
Studio Events: curated by members, showcasing their work.
Community & Solidarity Events: non-profit, fundraising and/or solidarity-based happenings that embody our values of accessibility and care.
External Rentals: occasional paid use of the space by other creatives, generating small additional income reinvested in the studio.
Each event strengthens the our ethos of creative cross-pollination.
